It was just the five of us, trying to figure out how to teach others how to bake bread. Racking our brains, we came up with a structure that made sense on both a linguistical and artistic approach.

Now, we have a whole army of bakers able and willing to teach their neighbors the art of making sourdough bread. 

The Toronto Sourdough Workshop has evolved into a four part, online and interactive course that allows curious beginner bakers an opportunity to express themselves through the magic of sourdough.

As a professional photographer, Desh has used his eye for capturing the perfect photo with now using the same skills in creating that perfect loaf. Making the shift into the culinary arts, more specifically, pastries was a natural transition and he's loving every minute of it.
